The Haas Swatch collection covers many of the most important and rarest Swatch watches from 1981 until 2014 and is therefore unique in the world.
Rainer Haas has been a passionate Swatch collector since 1993, and has created an unparalleled collection over the past 20 years.
Years of experience have fine-tuned his expertise and knowledge of the early prototypes and variations. Very few collectors have had the opportunity to view so many rare watches and investigate their characteristics by comparing them with other Swatch collections.
His collection comprises the largest Kiki collection in the world with 33 Kiki Picasso models, including the very first two design proposals and original design sketches, prototypes, poster models, Schmid Müller frame and 51 Kiki Picasso dials.
Furthermore, it includes 7 Puff watches (complete colour set), 27 Keith Haring models together with 45 Keith Haring dials, 21 Breakdance models, 2 Oigol Oro/Mimmo Paladino Andrew Logan Special, Sam Francis with the original acrylic painting, in addition to a signed lithographic poster, various unique prototypes by Schmid Müller and many other prototypes, variants and samples.
The collection also comprises the former "Pingel collection" as well as watches from the original "Blum collection". Some of the rarer watches derived from Dr. Marco Donini (Author of ‚Swatcher‘), Franco Giorgetti, Dominik Hofer and well-known sources, such as Marlys Schmid & Bernard Müller, Hans Arnold and others.
